Subsequent Distance Appointments
This follow-up, or continuing treatment, is for those who have already had one session with Athena.Â
It is also comprised of Ayurvedic recommendations, the energy work of the Limpia, and an appointment review. It is about two hours in length.
You will need to fill out the form called "Vakriti" several days before the appointment time.

This consultation is comprised of Platica (heart-to-heart talk), reflexology, Ayurvedic Determination of Constitution and Diet, a consultation for natural therapies, herbal supplements and lifestyle changes according to Ayurveda, and a chakra clearing (limpia). It generally takes two hours. You will receive a review of the appointment a few days afterwards by email. In this way you will have a thorough and comprehensive plan for your healing to guide you.Â
Please email Athena at [email protected] to schedule your appointment. You can pay for that session in person. You must pay part of the fee in advance to book a reservation. If you do not show up to your consultation that will not be refunded. The fee is $160. The $25, to hold the appointment time, will be subtracted from the fee, so that you would just bring $135 in cash with you to the consulatation. Subsequent visits are $85. We do accept some barters if arranged in advance.Â

This session and the Soul Retrieval (which is a separate appointment) consist of energy work and Ayurveda. Athena does not do counseling.
Soul Retrieval
Soul Retrieval.
Pass through the doorway to the etheric world to heal your wounds of this lifetime and others. The Soul Retrieval is only done after the client has received a Limpia.  It is not done as a first appointment.Â
The Soul Retrieval is a Shamanic tool used to heal a person from trauma. Illness can come from losing power or giving power away to something or someone. It may be otherworldly entities, or a living being who has an energetic cord attached to you and is sucking part of your soul away. Some people have generational soul loss that is passed down through the DNA. Soul loss can also be caused by sexual abuse, a traumatic experience, a car accident, a sudden death in the family, a violent crime, or a chronic illness.Â
These things can cause a loss of vital energy and that power must be restored to bring healing of body mind and spirit to the client.
The first part of the soul retrieval we call the Illumination. This is the work you do to bring up the heavy emotions around the issue you choose to work with; so they can finally be burned off. The wound is filled with light after this work is done.
The second part is work that the shaman does to bring back the missing "parts", to renegotiate any agreements that are not beneficial to you, to discover the source of the original wound and to bring back a gift or power animal waiting to help you.

First Office Visit
The first time we visit together Athena listens (platica) to the issues as you describe them. She then does reflexology. This feels like a relaxing foot massage. It stimulates the acupressure points on the feet that correspond to each organ of the body. After ascertaining your constitution (dosha) she does kinesiology to determine which herbs or formulas might benefit you. The session finishes with energy work (Limpia) to remove any heavy energy that might keep you from healing. A treatment plan is emailed to you based on the plant medicine, exercise and diet we develop together.
The energy work, known as Limpia, helps bring your energy back into balance to help you think more clearly and to be centered in calm strength. If you have had feelings of anger, tension, fear or discomfort the Luminous Body can be affected which influences your mental and physical bodies. The first Limpia usually done is a chakra clearing. The chakras are vortexes of energy that connect the soul and body. Heavy emotions can collect in these centers and filter the information that comes through. Having this shamanic clearing done can dispel the heavy energies and help you regain emotional, physical, spiritual and mental balance.
Ayurveda translates from Sanskrit to “knowledge of life,” and the principles of this ancient wisdom remind us that the entire web of life is intricately interwoven. With a unique emphasis on total wellness, the art and science of Ayurveda work to harmonize our internal and external worlds. Ayurvedic medicine is the world's oldest holistic healing system. It began more than 5,000 years ago in India.
Our five senses serve as the portals between the internal and external realms, as the five great elements of ether, air, fire, water, and earth dance the dance of creation around and within us. Ayurveda groups these five elements into three basic types of energy and functional principles that are present in everybody and everything. Since there are no single words in English to describe these principles; we use the Sanskrit words Vata, Pitta, and Kapha to describe their combinations.
Everything that we experience, be it a physical substance, a thought, or emotion, has certain qualities. The ancient texts of Ayurveda classify these qualities — called gunas in Sanskrit — into 10 pairs of opposites, making 20 qualities total (for example, heavy vs. light). Theoretically, everything in the universe can be described in terms of these gunas, or qualities, including the doshas. The foundation of Ayurvedic treatment relies upon recognizing when gunas have become excessive or deficient, as this is known to cause doshic imbalance and lead to disease. Ayurveda applies the opposite qualities to return to balance. Ayurvedic treatments are specific for each dosha and each health problem.
This understanding that health and wellness depends on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit leads to good health and to enlightenment.
Athena Wolf has been practicing full-time as a Vaidya (Ayurvedic physician) for 15 years. She lived in an ashram studying the multi-therapy system of Ayurveda for 26 years; learned curanderismo from the Medicine Man of the Yaquis in Tecate, Mexico; and incorporates the energy healing of the Peruvian shamanic tradition which she apprenticed in 16 years ago.
Curanderismo is the traditional healing system of Mexico. In in this cultural understanding disease or illness may follow from emotional states like rage, fear, envy or painful loss; from being out of balance or harmony with one's environment; as a victim of malevolent forces; or because part of the soul has become separated from the body.

I have been in traditional western medicine my whole life as a worker or patient. I have had simple migraines to pregnancy induced hypertension that lasted 8 years. I have also been a part of therapies including psychological, anti depressant, antianxiety medicine that not only did not help but made me feel like a zombie. I had cervical cancer for the past 8 years and the doctors I’ve seen performed 3 LEEP procedures on me and it still kept coming back. "People often ask, “How did you find this healer?” My husband’s response from the first time and each time since is, “I’m not sure...to be honest, I think she found us.” And such is the way of things. We found Ms. Athena Wolf precisely when we were meant to.
The reason that I wish to share my experience is because of how powerful the Limpia (Cleansing) was at the end of our appointment. My experience was laying down and she went through each of the chakras to essentially clear them out. She would ask questions with each chakra and I was supposed to answer immediately (answer with the heart or the, “gut” not take time to “think” of the right answer). She would also share her vision of colors, images and even items that might have some significance as far as impeding the cleansing of that particular chakra. Each step was more powerful than the one before it. I could never have known, nor could she as we had never met, how powerful her gift at intuiting went as well as the way that with each cleansing the metaphysical felt like a physical reality. Athena was very open about what she was able to clear and which areas would require some more extensive healing. Something special too was that she acknowledged areas of strength that she saw within a chakra (when they exist). This left me feeling very empowered and ready to focus on those parts of the body that needed some work. At the end of the cleansing I felt as though this person’s spirit had entered my own. She had an incredibly intimate view of my strengths and weaknesses and that she would know how to guide me in the next steps. This is precisely what happened.
I had a CT scan two weeks before I met with Athena. This scan showed a liver and a colon with healthy viable tumors. Almost four weeks after I had met with Athena there was another CT scan in preparation for a liver procedure. The head radiologist came to me a few hours later and he was visibly perplexed. He had a team of people working to analyze what the images revealed in the latest scan. He informed me that the tumors were calcifying from the inside out (this is highly unusual). He said it was only the third case he had ever seen like this (and admittedly, this was very good for me) and that tumors were in the stages of necrosis. Medically, there were other indicators but to make a long story short...this was a bit of a medical anomaly. The following week I had a PET scan. This confirmed what the radiologist had suspected. The tumors were not entirely dead but they were certainly changing.
The only variable that changed in my protocol up to this point was my appointment with Athena. I had suspected something powerful would come from the work that we had done (we have continued with phone and email correspondence due to distance), and indeed the measurements used in the allopathic world confirmed this fact. I am convinced that it is the combination of the physicality of the Limpia as well as the esoteric nature of her healing that made this happen. It is a road in which person is compelled to act and the intention of that will set the pace for the healing that is to come. The pleasure of doing a consultation at a distance was all mine! I have incorporated the meditation OFTEN throughout my day and I love it. I taught it to my daughter as well. She's 13 and laughed at me, but I know she will remember it and perhaps use it herself from time to time when nobody is around, ha! Thank you SO much, I am actually feeling really good right now and it had been about 2 months that I had been feeling horrible. The urgency is gone and so is the burning and uncomfortableness (from interstitial cystitis). Within the last year I've had an opportunity to work with Athena around several health issues that I had concerns about.
